The layer in between

Not another tracker. Not another meditation app.

Trackers tell you your heart rate hit 118. Meditation apps tell you to breathe. Pauser sits between the two: it explains why your heart rate moved, and prompts the right Pause at the right moment.

Your wearable knows your heart spiked. Pauser knows why.

The science behind it

Your heart rate is one of the most honest signals your body produces. When you face pressure — a deadline, a difficult conversation, standing up too fast — your autonomic nervous system shifts into a stress response, and your heart can speed up before you consciously notice anything is wrong.

That makes heart rate a useful early signal. A rising number isn’t the problem itself; it’s a message. The question that matters is what the message is about — and that is exactly what most devices leave out.

Tracking tells you what changed. Understanding tells you why, and what to do about it. Pauser is built for the second part.

The Pauser journey

From the first reading to a clear weekly pattern.

Here is what using Pauser actually feels like.
01

Continuous heart-rate monitoring

With a paired Apple Watch, or Xiaomi and Amazfit bands via Zepp / Mi Fitness, Pauser follows your heart rate continuously in the background, across any activity.
What you getAn always-on, real-time heart rate monitor that works while you live your day, so nothing important slips by unnoticed.
Sense Under-stand Pause repeatsevery day
02

Pause Signals

When your heart rate crosses the bpm range you’ve set, Pauser fires a Pause Signal — a gentle nudge, not a medical alert. Defaults are 50 bpm (lower) and 90 bpm (upper), and you can change them anytime.
What you getA prompt to settle in the moment it matters — on your wrist instantly, and on your phone with full context.

03

Context around every spike

Each Pause Signal opens into the story around it: the apps you were using, the meeting on your calendar, your sleep and activity, your location — alongside the bpm reached and how long it lasted. Tag the cause in one tap, or add a note.
What you getThe answer to “why did that happen?”, so a number becomes self-knowledge.

04

Monitor Sessions

A Monitor Session is a live heart-rate recording you start yourself, to capture how your heart responds to a specific activity — a meeting, a walk, a workout, or a sit-and-stand check.
What you getA focused, real-time view of one moment, saved so you can review and compare it later.

Guided Pauses

A Pause pairs breathing with meditation, one tap from the home screen. Choose Quick Calm (30 seconds), proven patterns like Focus Now (box breathing), Coherence, Sleep Now and Tranquility, or build your own rhythm with Customized Breathing. Prana Flow offers a longer, immersive practice.
What you getA calmer state on demand — and with Pause Impact, you can see how a Pause changed your heart rate from start to finish.

Bio Vitals

Bio Vitals are wellbeing readings you log yourself: Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Oxygen (SpO2), Water Intake and Salt (sodium) Intake. Water and salt are quick manual logs — tap to add as often as you like.

Compare & CorrelatePremium

Compare & Correlate lets you place any two data streams side-by-side — mood vs. heart rate, sodium vs. how you feel, sleep vs. spikes — across day, week and month views.
What you getThis is where the “why” becomes visible: you confirm your real patterns instead of guessing at them.

Customized ReportsPremium

Customized Reports turn your trends and logs into a personalised PDF you can save or share — heart-rate trends, Pause Signals, Pause sessions and more — over the date range you choose.
What you getA structured summary for your own records or your next appointment. Bringing data often makes a visit more focused than describing symptoms from memory.
